Custom Order Policy

Custom Orders

At YBQ Design Studios we take pride in offering personalized craftsmanship by offering custom orders to ensure the best fit for our customers. Please note that we only do sizing customization's under the following policies:

1. Delivery Timeline : All custom orders will be delivered within 15 working days from the date of purchase and payment.

2. Customization Charges : A 35% fee will be applied to all custom orders. This fee covers sizing adjustments and added production costs.

3. Non-refundable : Please note all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been placed.
